Our Story

Founded in 2023 by Fort Scott locals Alex and Carissa Bowman, Brickstreet Barbecue is known for on-site hickory smoked high quality meats. We take pride in our ability to discover the most unique flavors in our rubs and sauces and share them with the Fort Scott area.
